We have a few updates to share with you: Bareos 25.1 is now available, our next Bareos Expert Circle is coming up in September and we have published two new articles on DORA and Linux backup.

Bareos 25.1 is now available

Bareos 25.1 introduces a technical preview of the new Vue-based WebUI. It can be installed and tested alongside the current WebUI, while the existing interface remains the recommended option for production use.

The release also adds more flexible management of LTO hardware encryption keys. Keys can now be added to existing volumes and, when a volume has the Purged status, removed or rotated.

Several bug fixes and smaller improvements are included as well.
